Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 24, 2026
Last Updated: July 24, 2026

Altivolus Capital Partners, LLC (“Altivolus Capital Partners,” “Altivolus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.
Altivolus Capital Partners markets its share-financing introduction services under the name “Altivolus Stock Loans.”

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit www.AltivolusStockLoans.com, submit an inquiry, request an introduction, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our website and services.

1. Our Role

Altivolus Capital Partners acts solely as an introducer between prospective borrowers and independent lenders that may offer loans secured by publicly traded securities.

We are not a lender. We do not make underwriting or financing decisions, determine loan terms, provide legal or tax advice, or enter into loan agreements with prospective borrowers. Independent lenders maintain their own privacy practices, and information submitted to a lender is also governed by that lender’s privacy policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

Information You Provide

This may include:
  • Your first and last name;
  • Email address and telephone number;
  • Employer, company, job title, or professional affiliation;
  • Country, jurisdiction, or general location;
  • The subject and content of your inquiry;
  • Ticker symbol and applicable securities exchange;
  • Number of shares owned or potentially available as collateral;
  • Estimated transaction or financing information;
  • Communications, documents, and other information you voluntarily provide;
  • Marketing and communication preferences; and
  • Information needed to evaluate whether an introduction to a potential lender may be appropriate.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, passport details, account passwords, private keys, complete brokerage statements, banking credentials, or similarly sensitive information through the website’s general contact form.
If additional documents are required, Altivolus or an independent lender may provide instructions for submitting them through a more appropriate channel.

When you visit the website, we and our website, hosting, analytics, or security providers may automatically collect information such as:
  • IP address;
  • Browser and device type;
  • Operating system;
  • Device identifiers;
  • Referring and exit pages;
  • Pages viewed and features used;
  • Dates, times, and duration of visits;
  • Approximate geographic location derived from an IP address;
  • Cookie and similar technology information; and
  • Security, diagnostic, and activity logs.

Information From Other Sources

Where permitted by law, we may obtain business or professional information from:
  • Public company filings and securities-exchange records;
  • Corporate websites and professional directories;
  • Publicly accessible databases and records;
  • Referral sources, professional advisers, or business partners;
  • Independent lenders; and
  • Other persons who reasonably believe you may be interested in our services.

If you provide personal information concerning another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it and that the person has received any notice required by applicable law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:
  • Respond to questions and introduction requests;
  • Evaluate whether an inquiry appears to satisfy a potential lender’s preliminary criteria;
  • Facilitate an introduction to one or more independent lenders;
  • Communicate with prospective borrowers, lenders, referral sources, and professional advisers;
  • Verify information and help prevent fraud, impersonation, misuse, or unlawful activity;
  • Maintain records of introductions and business communications;
  • Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website;
  • Understand website traffic and user engagement;
  • Send newsletters, educational materials, or marketing communications where permitted;
  • Manage contractual, accounting, legal, and compliance obligations;
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or lawful government requests.
We will not use personal information for materially unrelated purposes without providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where laws such as the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation apply, we may process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
  • Consent: You have consented to a particular use, such as receiving optional marketing communications.
  • Pre-contractual steps or contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to respond to your request or provide introduction-related services.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing supports our legitimate interests in operating our business, responding to inquiries, developing professional relationships, preventing fraud, securing the website, and maintaining appropriate records, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligations: Processing is necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements.
  • Legal claims: Processing is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
You may withdraw consent at any time, although withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients:

Independent Lenders

At your request, with your authorization, or as reasonably necessary to pursue an introduction you requested, we may disclose relevant information to one or more independent lenders.

A lender may use the information to conduct preliminary eligibility reviews, underwriting, due diligence, identity verification, anti-money-laundering checks, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, and other activities governed by its own policies and legal obligations.

Altivolus may receive a referral fee from a lender if an introduced prospect enters into a financing transaction. You should understand this potential compensation arrangement before authorizing the transmission of your information.

Service Providers

We may disclose information to companies that support our operations, including providers of:
  • Website hosting and website-development services;
  • Email and communications services;
  • Cloud storage and document management;
  • Analytics and website-performance tools;
  • Cybersecurity and fraud prevention;
  • Customer-relationship management;
  • Professional, legal, accounting, or compliance services; and
  • Other operational support.
The website is currently hosted through Wix. Wix may process technical and other information according to its own contractual terms and privacy practices.

Legal and Protective Disclosures

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
  • Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or lawful request;
  • Protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Altivolus or another person;
  • Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • Enforce our agreements and website terms; or
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Business Transactions

Information may be disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Altivolus does not sell personal information to data brokers or exchange it for money for unrelated advertising purposes.

However, Altivolus may transmit information to an independent lender in connection with an introduction requested or authorized by a prospective borrower, and Altivolus may later receive a lender-paid referral fee if a transaction is completed.

Because certain privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly, the legal classification of such disclosures may depend on the circumstances and applicable jurisdiction.

Where applicable law grants an opt-out right, Altivolus will honor properly submitted requests. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 18 years of age.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to:
  • Make the website function;
  • Remember settings and preferences;
  • Maintain website security;
  • Measure traffic and performance;
  • Understand how visitors use the website; and
  • Support communications or marketing where permitted.

Some cookies may be essential to website operation. Other cookies may require consent in certain jurisdictions. Where available, you may use our cookie settings tool to manage nonessential cookies.

You may also adjust browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality. A separate Cookie Policy or cookie-management notice may provide additional information about the specific technologies in use.

8. Marketing Communications

Where permitted by law, we may use your contact information to send educational materials, business updates, newsletters, or information about Altivolus services.

You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or by contacting us at Info@AltivolusCapital.com. Transactional, administrative, security, or introduction-related communications may continue when necessary.
We do not guarantee that ordinary email or telephone communications are completely secure.

  • Respond to and document inquiries;
  • Facilitate and maintain records of introductions;
  • Manage business and lender relationships;
  • Meet legal, tax, accounting, compliance, and recordkeeping requirements;
  • Prevent fraud and maintain security;
  • Resolve disputes; and
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Retention periods vary according to the nature of the information, the status of an inquiry, applicable legal requirements, and legitimate business needs. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

Nevertheless, no website, database, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information electronically at your own risk and should avoid transmitting highly sensitive information through unsecured channels.

If you believe your interaction with Altivolus is no longer secure, please contact us promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

Altivolus serves an international market and may communicate with lenders, prospective borrowers, advisers, and service providers located in different countries.

As a result, personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries whose privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we will use legally recognized safeguards or another permitted transfer mechanism.

An independent lender receiving your information may operate in a different jurisdiction and will be independently responsible for its own processing practices.

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of authorization.

Altivolus will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To submit a request, email Info@AltivolusCapital.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Please describe your request and identify the jurisdiction in which you reside.

13. California Privacy Notice

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Altivolus and to your information, California residents may have rights to request:
  • The categories and specific pieces of personal information collected;
